I had met Adrian online as I began our search for houses in Connecticut from the comfort of my home in Florida. I requested to visit homes and he arranged them each time with some suggestions of his own to complement my finds. Adrian was always professional and punctual and never put pressure on us. We had even bid on a house only to withdraw our offer after the sellers would not yield. At this point he was respectful of our decision and did not try to dissuade us from that. After 3 weekends of searching, we finally found our home and Adrian has done a fantastic job making all of the arrangements for inspection and closing. Highly recommended that you utilize his services. (less)

He knows how to negotiate and can can give you an honest opinion about what type of house will be good for you. We look at a lot of houses and he will be able to know what condition the house is in and what can be done to address the situation. He can also... (more)

We look at a lot of houses and he will be able to know what condition the house is in and what can be done to address the situation. He can also help with information about who you can see if you need help with other third parties who can help you in acquiring the house. They can include lawyers, inspectors, maintenance crews and contractors. (less)
